RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Change of mind returns:
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the issue and packaging.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Food safety and opened products:
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened food products. If a product is faulty or unsafe, we may request photos or additional information before providing a resolution.
Refund processing:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
Shipping costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Lost parcels:
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will assist with investigating the delivery.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect address:
If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, CravedThis is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Chargebacks:
Customers must contact us first to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or unreasonable chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
