Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
During peak periods such as sales, launches or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping locations:
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

If international shipping becomes available, additional delivery timeframes and customs requirements may apply.
Shipping carriers:
We use third party courier and postal services to deliver orders. Carrier selection may vary depending on location and order size.
Delivery timeframes:
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
CravedThis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping promotions are active.
Shipping promotions may be subject to minimum spend requirements or limited time offers.
Tracking:
If tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and contact the carrier if required.
Authority to leave:
If authority to leave is selected or applied by the courier, CravedThis is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed.
Incorrect address:
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is delivered to that address, CravedThis is not responsible for replacement or refund.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost parcels:
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we will assist with investigating the delivery.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged parcels:
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Failed delivery and returned parcels:
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or uncollected parcels, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
Customs and import:
For any future international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
Risk and title:
Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
