If a chargeback is initiated without reasonable cause, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide order records, delivery confirmation and customer communications to the payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who submit fraudulent chargebacks.
User generated content and influencer content:
If you tag, submit, send, or otherwise provide photos, videos, reviews, testimonials or other content related to CravedThis, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, modify and distribute that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not want your content used, you must notify us in writing.
